✨ Frost and Fire is more than a band — it’s a home for creativity. A space built in both light and shadow, where truth is welcomed in all its forms: honesty, heartache, joy, and chaos. It’s both a calling back and a calling forth.

🎶 Our debut EP, Dualities Discretion, is our first offering — a beginning. Born from contrast: quiet reflection and loud rebellion, the warmth of nostalgia and the sting of now. These songs carry the rawness of starting something without knowing where it might land — and the courage to follow the feeling anyway.

🎨 Each track is a glimpse into a world we’re still building — not with blueprints, but with instinct. If you listen closely, you’ll hear journal entries disguised as lyrics, sculptures hidden in guitar riffs, and brushstrokes tucked between drum beats. These songs carry my stories — but they’ve also been shaped, lifted, and made whole by the band beside me.

We built this sound by trusting the process and leaning into play. There was no pressure to be one thing — only the desire to make something real. Musically, the EP nods to the legends who lit the fire, while leaving space for new echoes to form.

This audio-visual series was born from the haunting presence of Wicked Muse, the flickering solitude of A Lone Fire, the nostalgic glow of Paper Boats, and the seductive mystery of Neon Rose. Each image was designed to stand on its own — yet speak to the next. A visual symphony threaded into the music. These aren’t separate expressions — they’re part of the same mythology.
